ASSISTANT COMMISSIONER, BROADCAST PRODUCTION

The Assistant Commissioner, Broadcast Production serves the Conference and its member institutions by partnering with the Associate Commissioner, Broadcast Production on the technical execution, production support, and distribution of live and on-demand content for the Mountain West Network (MWN). This role plays a critical hands-on leadership function in delivering consistent, high-quality broadcasts across Conference championships, regular-season events, and studio productions, while supporting the operational integrity of MW’s broadcast infrastructure and digital platforms.

The overall impact of this position is to ensure comprehensive coverage of Conference events and the delivery of compelling, professional content that reflects the Mountain West’s brand, values, and commitment to excellence. The Assistant Commissioner ensures all broadcast operations comply with NCAA and Mountain West policies, prioritize student-athlete experience and well-being, and meet established quality and technical standards. Through close collaboration with member institutions, broadcast partners, and internal stakeholders, this role supports initiatives that enhance the visibility, credibility, and exposure of the Conference at the national level.
