The RRAC is a National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) affiliated collegiate athletic conference composed of full-time and associate member institutions competing for conference and national championships across a broad range of sports.
The RRAC is a partnership of student-focused colleges and universities with strong athletic traditions and a shared commitment to academic achievement, institutional integrity, service to communities, and the development of life skills through character-driven athletics. The next Commissioner must be committed to balancing academic and athletic excellence, ensuring a positive student-athlete experience, and providing strategic leadership that positions the RRAC for long-term stability and growth.

About the Red River Athletic Conference
The RRAC promotes the education and development of students through participation in intercollegiate athletics, academic achievement, and character development.
It is the explicit purpose of the RRAC to provide a community of member institutions that share a commitment to vigorous and principled competition between teams of student-athletes who represent their colleges and universities well. Each member institution is required to support and field a balanced program of student athletics competing in at least one RRAC-sanctioned sport in the fall, one in the winter, and one in the spring, including teams of both men and women in each season.
RRAC-sanctioned sports include the following:
Fall: Cross Country, Soccer, Volleyball
Winter: Basketball, Cheer
Spring: Baseball, Golf, Softball, Tennis, Outdoor Track & Field
RRAC member institutions are located across a three-state region that includes Texas, Louisiana, and New Mexico.
