Head Women's Basketball Coach

Qualifications:

A qualified candidate must have a personal commitment to Jesus Christ and support the Christian character and mission of Sterling College. The candidate must also possess a clear understanding of and ability to articulate the essentials of a Christian liberal arts college.

Responsibilities:

· Organize and direct all activities of the women’s basketball program

· Advise student-athletes with academic or personal problems

· Direct recruitment and retention of prospective student-athletes

· Perform community service and fundraising projects

· Oversee basketball budget & facility

· Comply with all NAIA, KCAC, rules and regulations

· Other duties as required
