
The University Athletic Association at the University of Florida is searching for a manager to be responsible for outbound premium ticket sales, premium ticket retention, and new business development. Responsibilities include selling and up-selling premium seat products such as premium season ticket packages, hospitality suites/club options, and single-game premium tickets; providing superior customer service and responsive follow-up to premium prospects, existing premium ticket holders, and inbound/referral calls; and contacting current/past premium clients and qualified sales leads to generate new sales. This position serves as a full-menu seller, proactively driving revenue by selling across all Florida Gators ticketing products and events to maximize overall athletic department revenue.
This position requires the incumbent to make a minimum of twenty-five calls per day; schedule and hold sales appointments; meet or exceed daily, weekly, monthly, and annual sales, productivity, and intangible goals; have strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills; be organized, proactive, creative, innovative, and enthusiastic; work independently and as part of a collaborative team; multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines and quotas; engage effectively with others of diverse cultures or backgrounds; and work a non-standard work week which will include evenings, weekends, and holidays.

MINIMUM EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in appropriate area of specialization
Five years of experience in ticket sales for collegiate or professional sports
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience selling premium ticket packages and negotiating multi-year commitments
Experience with Ticketmaster or similar ticketing systems
Experience with Salesforce CRM
