
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
● Bachelor’s Degree
PREFERRED EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
● Experience in a collegiate athletic department or setting
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
● Experience in all platforms of social media management
● Experience writing press releases
● Ability to fill a variety of game day roles
● Proficient in Microsoft Office/Adobe Creative Suite
● Video/photography skills a plus
● Ability to work nights and weekends
● Ability to meet deadlines and work in a team-oriented fast paced environment
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Content Creation & Production
Assist with photography, videography, and/or graphic design for athletics events and initiatives.
Capture game-day content, including action shots, crowd atmosphere, and behind-the-scenes footage.
Support video editing, graphic production, and basic motion graphics as assigned.
Game-Day & Event Support
Assist with creative coverage during home athletic events, including evenings and weekends.
Help with setup, teardown, and operation of creative equipment as needed.
Work collaboratively with marketing, communications, and digital teams on game-day content needs.
Digital & Social Media Support
Provide content for social media platforms and digital campaigns.
Assist with organizing, tagging, and archiving photo and video assets.
Administrative & General Support
Maintain creative equipment and ensure proper handling and storage.
Complete assigned projects within deadlines and brand guidelines
