The Director of Ticketing is responsible for the operational implementation of ticket sales strategies including event builds, seat mapping, pricing execution, inventory management, and access control for assigned ticketed events. The role will also assist in and be a key participant in developing our ticket sales and service strategies. This role has managerial responsibilities in the ticket operations department, working as part of a team to ensure excellent customer service and maximize revenue by aligning systems and processes with organizational goals and effectively implementing sales and retention strategies.  

Minimum qualifications: Bachelor’s degree plus two years of Paciolan experience or similar ticket software experience; additional years of relevant experience or completed relevant education may substitute for required education/experience on a year-for-year basis. Experience working in a team environment, high volume, high stress business setting. Excellent customer service skills essential. Computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications necessary. Ability to multitask, solve problems effectively when meeting customer needs and handle high volume phone activity.
