Assistant Coach

Utah Tech Softball is looking to hire an assistant softball coach - specifically to work with our infielders & hitters. Base salary is $42,000. In addition there is an opportunity to increase salary with additional on-campus instructional camps throughout the year. Unfortunately this position does not include benefits.

ASSISTANT COACH
We are looking for a dynamic individual that can lead our infielders & hitters to be the best in the Big Sky Conference year in and year out! You will assist the head coach in all phases of our program as Utah Tech transitions from the Western Athletic Conference to the Big Sky Conference. Duties will include recruiting, organization and design of practice, scheduling, travel, supervision of academic progress, mentoring student athletes, fundraising, camps, scouting reports, data analytics and any other duties as assigned, and compliance with university, conference, and NCAA rules. Position will be open until filled.
