
The primary purpose of this position is to coordinate and support assigned athletics compliance processes under the direction of the Assistant Athletic Director/Director of Compliance. The position assists with compliance monitoring, recruiting documentation, student-athlete forms and files, rules education logistics, ARMS record keeping, game day compliance support, and related administrative and programmatic activities. The position works within established NCAA, conference, University, and departmental procedures to help ensure accurate documentation, timely follow-up, effective communication, and consistent support for coaches, student-athletes, staff, and other Athletics stakeholders.
Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Required for this Position
Working knowledge of athletics compliance operations, including NCAA, conference, University, and departmental procedures related to recruiting, eligibility, student-athlete forms, rules education, and compliance records.
Ability to communicate established compliance procedures clearly and professionally to coaches, student-athletes, staff, and other internal or external stakeholders.
Ability to organize, track, review, and maintain compliance documentation, including recruiting records, student-athlete forms, reports, and system-based records with strong attention to accuracy and deadlines.
Ability to use compliance systems, reporting tools, databases, spreadsheets, and related technology to support monitoring, documentation, communication, and operational follow-up.
